Gary Cuccio
Gary Cuccio is currently the Executive Chairman of Openet Telecom, a leading
provider of real-time charging and convergent mediation solutions. Prior to
Openet, Gary was CEO of Advanced TelCom Group, a competitive telecom provider in
California and the Pacific Northwest, and CEO of LHS Group, a NASDAQ-listed
global software company. Gary has been involved in the telecommunications
industry for over thirty years, holding senior management and board positions
with leading public and private corporations, including Airtouch, Omnipoint and
Pacific Bell. Gary was previously a Vice President and General Manager of
Pacific Bell overseeing 2,500 staff in operations and sales, and subsequently
held CEO, President or COO roles with Airtouch Europe, Airtouch Paging, Belgacom
Mobile, LHS Group, and Phaethon Communications.
Gary received a B.A. in Political Science from Cal State University at Los Angeles, an M.B.A. from St. Mary's College and attended the Harvard University's Advanced Management Program. Gary is a Board member of Affinity Internet Inc.

Kathy Cunningham
Kathy Cunningham most recently served on the audit and finance committees of
J.D. Edwards & Company as an independent financial expert until the company' s merger with PeopleSoft, Inc. Prior to her work with J.D. Edwards, she was the CFO of Requisite Technology, Inc., an internet infrastructure software company, and was previously the COO and CFO of NxTrend Technology, Inc., a developer of wholesale distribution ERP systems. Kathy also served as CFO of Spatial Technology, Inc. (now Avatech Solutions), a developer of geometric modeling software.
Kathy is a member and past President of the Financial Executives Institute. She is a Board member and past Chairman of the Colorado Software and Internet Association, the Treasurer and a Board member of the Denver chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and a member of the KPMG Audit Committee Institute.
Kathy holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the
University of Wisconsin (Madison) and an M.B.A. in Finance from
the University of Denver.

Tony DiStefano
Tony DiStefano was most recently the Chairman and CEO of Arrival Communications, a leading provider of voice and data communications services to businesses throughout Central California. Arrival was acquired by TelePacific Communications in 2007. Prior to Arrival, Tony was Chairman and CEO of PG&E Enterprises, CEO of PacTel Cable, and CEO of Pacific Telesis UK Ltd. At both PacTel/AirTouch and PG&E, Tony was responsible for a number of acquisitions, divestitures, start-ups, and joint ventures in the U.S. and internationally. Prior to joining Pacific Telesis, Tony was a management consultant at Bain & Company.
Tony is a past member of the boards of CALTEL, COMPTEL and Rebuilding Together Oakland. He is a past governor and compensation committee chairman of the Pacific Exchange and a past Executive Committee member of the World Affairs Council of Northern California.
Tony holds a B.S. and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Adam Goldman
Adam Goldman is currently a partner in Red Rocks Capital, a private investment fund, and Chairman of the Elements Group, a leading provider of hardware/software asset management services and tools. Previously, Adam was a
General Partner and Managing Director for over ten years with Centennial
Ventures of Denver, a venture capital fund with approximately $1.0 billion under
management. He has a long track record of investing in early and later stage
telecom and technology companies. Prior to Centennial Ventures, Adam was with
Booz, Allen and Hamilton and held a seat on the Chicago Board of
Trade.
Adam has been Chairman of the Board of Exactis.com (XACT), an email services company. Until recently, he sat on the board of Via Net.Works, Inc. (VNWI), a European ISP. Adam currently sits on the Colorado Governor's Commission on Science & Technology and is a past President and Chairman of the Colorado Venture Capital Association.
Adam holds a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and a Masters in Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Helen Hayes
Helen Hayes most recently was Managing Director of Investments, Portfolio
Manager, and a Director of Janus Capital Group, a Denver-based mutual fund
group. Helen headed up the portfolio management and research team and also
managed the international and global portfolios, with $22 billion in assets.
Prior to becoming a portfolio manager in 1989, Helen was a research analyst
covering both domestic and international equity securities. Previously, Helen
worked as a research associate with New-York-based Fred Alger Management,
following media, entertainment, and consumer companies.
Helen holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Pat McDonald
Pat McDonald is currently CEO, President, Director and Founder of Nytis
Exploration Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Nytis Exploration Company
Canada. Previously, Pat was CEO, President, Director and Founder of Carbon
Energy Corporation, an exploration and production company listed on the American
Stock Exchange that merged with Evergreen Resources, Inc. a NYSE listed company.
Prior to Carbon, Pat was Chairman, CEO, President and Founder of Interenergy
Corporation, a natural gas gathering, processing and marketing company that was
sold to Kinder Morgan, Inc. a NYSE listed company. Previously, he worked as an
exploration geologist with Texaco International Exploration Company where he was
responsible for oil and gas exploration efforts in the Middle East and Asia.
Pat is a Certified Petroleum Geologist and a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University.

Barney Schotters
Barney Schotters is currently the Co-Founder and CFO of Symphony Media Systems,
LLC, a Colorado-based broadband distribution company to multi-dwelling units and
hotel markets worldwide. Previously, Barney was a special limited partner in
Telecom Partners, a Denver-based venture capital firm, and a private investor.
Prior to Telecom Partners, Barney was the Principal Financial Officer of
Tele-Communications, Inc., where he served as TCI's Executive Vice President of
Finance and Treasurer, and the Senior Vice President and CFO of TCI Ventures
Group. Prior to TCI, Barney was the Vice President and Group Head of the Special
Industries Group for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
Barney was a member of the NASDAQ National Issuer Affairs Committee, the National Association of Treasurers and the National Cable Television Association, a was a Board member of the Teleport Communications Group (TCG) and Chairman of the TCG Finance Committee. Barney is a Board Trustee for St. Mary's Academy, the Colorado Symphony Orchestra and CSO Foundation.
Barney received a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Washington University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Northwestern University Graduate School of Management.

Blair Whitaker
Blair Whitaker most recently was a General Partner for over five years at
Norwest Venture Partners, a fund with approximately $1.8 billion in capital
under management, investing primarily in information technology and service
companies. Prior to Norwest, Blair was Founder and CFO of Exactis.com, an
Internet content and technology company taken public in 1999. Previously, Blair
spent over six years at Centennial Ventures as a Vice President, where he was a
Board member at Brooks Fiber Properties, and worked with other private and
public companies in the telecom services and technology industries. Blair is a
past Board member of Via Net.Works, Inc., and eight private companies including,
Advanced TelCom Group, Allied Riser Communications, and Optiglobe
Corporation.
Blair received a B.A. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University, a Masters in Engineering from University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration.
