 Q Advisors Represents segTEL in the Acquisition of Certain New Hampshire Fiber Assets from Fibertech Networks
LEBANON, NH, April 7, 2011 - segTEL, Northern New England’s leading facilities-based provider of fiber optic telecommunications services, has completed the acquisition of certain New Hampshire fiber assets from Fibertech Networks.
This acquisition underscores segTEL’s significant and continued investment into its proprietary fiber optic network, one of the largest and most sophisticated of any independent communications provider in New England. “We are very excited to acquire a strategic asset in New Hampshire that expands our footprint and facilitates our position as the State’s leading fiber provider to carriers and enterprise,” said Jeremy Katz, Vice-President of segTEL.
