Q Advisors Represents Red House Holdings in its Acquisition of Total RF

NEW YORK, NY, January 18, 2008 - Red House Holdings, Inc. announced today that it has closed deals on the acquisition of both CP Communications, Inc., a New York-based production communications rental firm, and Total RF, a Philadelphia-based broadcast wireless company. "Having these two companies, both of which represent the leaders of their respective technologies, together under Red House Holdings makes perfect sense,” said Kurt Heitmann, SVP of Sales and Marketing of Red House. Kurt added, “CP and Total have had a mutually beneficial relationship for many years from already having worked together on major projects such as Super Bowl 2007 and both the New York City and Chicago Marathons. The companies truly complement one another."

In addition to CP and Total RF, Red House has also acquired the assets of Elevation Video, a New York-based monitor and video distribution company. "Not only do we have the leaders of the RF, Audio, Video, Microwave services and Fiber optic technology fields, but we are now able to offer our clients a full line of monitors and video distribution,” says Kurt.

The recent acquisition was led by Q Advisors, a Denver-based investment banking boutique. David Goldsmith, CEO of Red House, was quick to comment that, throughout the process, “Quinn and his group have shown themselves to be top-notch professionals and were instrumental in putting this deal together, especially given the tight time frame. We are very pleased and grateful to them."

Under the acquisition, Total RF will be renamed Total RF Productions. Steve Gansky, one of the original founders, will remain President and will continue to work closely with NBC Golf and Olympics. CP will remain CP Communications. Both companies will continue to maintain their respective offices in New York, Pennsylvania, Florida and California.
