Q Advisors Represents Arrival Communications in its Acquisition by TelePacific Communications

LOS ANGELES, CA, February 23, 2007 - TelePacific Communications, a leading provider of business telecommunications network solutions headquartered in California, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Arrival Communications, Inc.

The new TelePacific has more than 930,000 access lines serving 75,000 small- and medium-sized business customers in three states.

“We are pleased to welcome the Arrival customers to the TelePacific family," said Dick Jalkut, president and CEO of TelePacific. “With TelePacific’s strong record of industry leading customer service, and its local presence, TelePacific looks forward to establishing best practices from the combined companies to improve upon the service Arrival’s customers have come to expect."

Arrival’s operations, network facilities and customer concentration in Central California have accelerated TelePacific’s already existing expansion efforts in the region. TelePacific entered the Central California markets in 2005. Since that time, TelePacific has opened a fully operational call center in Stockton, California and sales offices throughout the region. Through the acquisition, TelePacific has gained additional real estate in Bakersfield, Fresno, Modesto and San Luis Obispo.

“Arrival customers will be served by local people in local offices throughout Central California,” said Jalkut. “This ensures that our customers have sales and customer service representation by people who know the individual markets and their unique needs."
