Q Advisors was formed in 2001 with a single focus -- to bring to our corporate clients a level of commitment, operational understanding and closure that is without peer in the financial advisory market. We focus intently on each client, and leverage the talents of our partners and experienced senior team. Moreover, the partner whom a client gets to know, either via a longstanding relationship or in a “pitch” setting, is the partner that leads the transaction and remains actively engaged in every step toward a closing.

 

At Q Advisors, there can only be one client in each engagement, and no

conflicts of interest.

For this reason, we don’t invest capital in any transaction where we’re tasked with managing a competitive process. And our clients appreciate that the universe of buyers, investors or sellers that we selectively target and approach is unique, creative and tailored for each engagement. This approach leverages a demonstrated expertise in managing both M&A and financing processes with parties outside of the U.S. From our offices in Denver and San Francisco, we have extraordinary international reach, having closed approximately 30 percent of our transactions internationally since the firm's inception.

In either a sell-side merger, or growth or recapitalization financing, our task is to manage a process with deep industry knowledge to maximize a client’s value. To this effort, Q Advisors brings the collective experience of its senior team, accomplished professionals with over 120 years of combined entrepreneurial, financial, legal, consulting and operations experience with some of the world's most respected multinational institutions. We invest significant time early in our relationships to understand a client’s business and unique needs, asking difficult questions ahead of the market. This investment of time alongside our team’s operating and transaction experience results in the firm’s high rate of transaction closure and even higher level of client satisfaction. Since inception, nearly all of Q Advisors’ transactions have originated from client referrals and repeat client business.
